In this example, we are going to see how to publish sample "Superstore" workbook from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Development Site
1. Login to Citrix Environment and open "Tableau Desktop" application.
2. Go to "File" menu and click "Open"
3. Navigate to your department folder where the Tableau Workbook is saved and "Open" it. In this example, the workbook is saved in the following path:
4. Go to "Server" menu and click on "Sign In"
5. Provide Tableau Development Server URL: https://tableau-dev.ucsf.edu and click "Connect"
6. Authenticate with your "MyAccess" credentials.
7. Select "Publish Workbook"
8. Select below options and click on "Publish Workbook & Data Sources" button. You can explore what these options are.
9. Click "Yes" to publish
10. Click "Done" to confirm.
11. Log In to Tableau Development Server: https://tableau-dev.ucsf.edu and verify the dashboard.
