Free training for USCF staff and researchers on the AWS cloud platform

Through the STRIDES program AWS is offering to make a substantial investment in training USCF staff and researchers on the AWS cloud platform.

We have selected a number of courses to offer that are suitable for researchers, bio-informatics programmers, system administrators, data scientists, and data security specialists. There are 30 seats available in each course and multi-day courses require the commitment that you attend all the days in the course. The courses are all offered online via virtual delivery and will have live instruction with the ability to ask questions in real time.

If you are interested in attending any of these free live on-line courses, please send Esther Silver ([email protected]) an email and she will invite you.  Registration information will be added to the invitation once available and the invitation will be resent. The attached data sheets have more detailed information about the courses including prerequisites.  Below the table is a link to ramp-up guides that would be useful if students want to do some homework before class.
