1. Cognos Server is running on low disk space
Step 1: Browse to: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10.2.2_64\bin, delete all the old .dmp files except the current date.
Step 2: Stop the Cognos Services from the Control Panel > Services
a. Browse to: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10.2.2_64\data\cqe\RTModels > Delete all the files.
b. Browse to: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10.2.2_64\temp > Delete all the files.
Step 3: Move the bkp folder offline. This is a backup of the product before applying an updates.
Step 4: Restart the Cognos Services from Cogntrol Panel > Services
Note: Do not delete the contents in the following folder: <Cognos_Install>/logs
2. Cognos Production Server is slow
3. ETL Batch Jobs did not run
ETL jobs won't run during public holidays (excludes Sat and Sun). For example, Thanksgiving holidays, Christmas holidays etc.
