Users who are authorized to access Tableau QA and Production sites should be able to subscribe their dashboards to be delivered to the email boxes. 

1. Log into the Tableau QA or Production Server and access the dashboard you would like to subscribe.

2. Click on Subscribe option in the menu bar and 1) Select a specific View or the Entire Workbook you would like to receive in the email 2) Select Subscribe me check box 3) Select the schedule 4) Click on Subscribe button

3. You should be able receive outputs to your ucsf email box.
