Users can download their dashboard view into various formats such as PDF, Image, Crosstab and Powerpoint on the Tableau QA and Production Servers.

1. Log into the Tableau QA or Production Server and access the dashboard you would like to download.

2. Select the view and click on Download option in the menu bar and select the appropriate output type from the available options. 

Note: The options "Data" and "Tableau Workbook" is not available to everyone by default.
