Agenda of the meeting is to go over the following process steps:
- Submit New Department Questionnaire
- Understand UCSF Data Classification Types (P1/P2/P3/P4)
- Tableau Training Courses: Developer, Developer Skills Assessment, Interactor and Viewer
- Tableau Roles, Responsibilities and Permissions: Developer, Interactor and Viewer
- Tableau Developer License Types: New License, Conversion and Transfer
- Tableau Developer License Cost: $504/Year or Prorated
- Complete Tableau Developer Training or Developer Skills Assessment
- Submit Tableau License and Access Request Form for Developers
- Tableau Desktop (Citrix) and Tableau Server environments (Development, QA and Production)
- Development and Publishing Process on Dev and QA Sites
- DocuSign Attestation and SVP Approval Process
- Submit Tableau License and Access Request Form for Interactors and Viewers in Tableau QA Site and complete the UAT
- Complete MetaModel Documentation (Optional)
- Submit Tableau Production Deployment Form
- Submit Tableau License and Access Request Form for Viewers in Tableau Production Site
